| Consumer had the brake pedal completely depressed to the floor but the brakes failed to stop the vehicle, the car accelerated onto the road and was struck on the right front fender by another vehicle, the impact disengaged the seat belt and threw consumer into the passenger seat of vehicle where he struck his head on passenger side window, consumer experiencing pain in right knee from this accident. nlm | |||
