| The windshield wipers will stop in mid stroke and stay there for an extended period of time before resuming. newer models have been recalled, but the '93 gmc has always had the same problem. the egr valve tends to stick open. it has been cleaned and/or replaced several times, and it's a safety issue because it drastically lowers manifold vacuum and that effects the power brakes. *ak | |||
