| Tl* the contact owns a 2009 gmc sierra equipped with a webasto hollandia tvs 900 sun roof. the vehicle was included in the recall associated with nhtsa campaign id number: 10e038000 (visibility:sun roof assembly). the manufacturer was notified and the contact was told that the parts necessary to remedy the recall were unavailable. the contact continued to speak with the manufacturer for approximately three months and was continuously told that the parts were still unavailable. the contact also stated that the date on the actual recall notice was august 2010 but the notice was not received until january 2011. the failure mileage was 22,000 and the current mileage was 25,000. the vin was unavailable. | |||
