While driving at 60 mph rmps revved up, and the transmission slipped, mechanic inspected the vehicle, and indicated that the transmission malfunctioned due to a failure in the ball valve. also indicated that this was a common problem with these vehicles, and this part has been up graded in later model years to correct this failure. *ak

The vehicle was placed in reverse but it would not move. it was placed back in park and left running in my garage. i got out of the vehicle in order to look over the extierior for problems; none found. i then kicked/pushed the back bumper and immediately heard a clunk, the vehicle was thrown into reverse and headed at me. it caused a great deal of damage to the vehicle, my other vehicle parked in the garage and my house. i was almost run over by this driver-less vehicle. i do have a witness that saw the vehicle charging at me.

Vehicle had a rusted rear axle that was not diagnosed by the dealership that sold this vehicle. however, the rims and tires were oversized to muffle the sound, and hide the noise which would have sent out a signal that there were problems with this vehicle. *ak
