| Tl-the contact owns a 2004 gmc yukon. while driving approximately 40 mph the vehicle was involved in a head on crash in which the air bags did not deploy. the police appeared on the scene and a report was filed. the driver as well as a passenger seated in the front passenger seat were injured. both the driver and passenger were taken via ambulance to the hospital to treat injuries. the vehicle was towed to an insurance company lot but did not have the failure diagnosed. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 134,000. sm. | |||
