| 2010 honda pilot. consumer states during a routine cleaning, the lift up glass hatch detached from the gas-pressurized struts, swinging in a clock wise motion ultimately hitting the rear bumper, falling to the garage floor and breaking *tgw the internal hatch casting, exterior hatch and bumper were also damaged. the consumer sustained several bruises and cuts during the event with some scaring remaining on his arm. *jb | |||
