	Tl-the contact owns a 2011 acura mdx. the contact stated the vehicle seats were made with defected lather that causes the seats and the vents to release a strong un-described chemical smell. the contact received headaches, and rashes due to the smell. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised the vehicle was new and the smell would fade within a couple of weeks. the vin information was not available. the failure and the current miles was 500. li

	Firewall: on 12/2010, while driving down the interstate there was a high pitched squel from the firewall area. windshield molding: on 07/2011, while driving down the road the molding came loose & was flapping in the wind, i pushed it back in until a dealer could look at it & they re-glued it. however, it came loose again just the other day. roof stop light assembly: on 09/12/2011, my wife was driving down a state hwy. (@65mph) & the entire rear roof molding came off that holds the stop light assembly & this may be unsafe since it holds a light assembly.
