| Tl-the contact owns a 2006 infiniti g35 sedan. while driving backing out of a parking space driving at a unknown speed the vehicle accelerated, the engine revved up with her feet on the brake. she engaged the brake harder and the vehicle continued to accelerate and crashed into a pole, and over to a concrete pillar into another row and crashed into a vehicle. she stated there was damage to the passenger front and side of her vehicle. the other vehicle had damages to rear right. a police report was filed. the vehicle was being repaired. the failure and current mileage were 51,324. vwb | |||
