 Tl-the contact owns a 2006 infiniti g35 sedan. while driving backing out of a parking space driving at a unknown speed the vehicle accelerated, the engine revved up with her feet on the brake. she engaged the brake harder and the vehicle continued to accelerate and crashed into a pole, and over to a concrete pillar into another row and crashed into a vehicle. she stated there was damage to the passenger front and side of her vehicle. the other vehicle had damages to rear right. a police report was filed. the vehicle was being repaired. the failure and current mileage were 51,324. vwb

 Tl*the contact owns a 2006 infiniti g35 sedan. while driving approximately 25 mph, the vehicle accelerated inadvertently. the driver swerved and crashed into a tree. the driver sustained major injuries to her ribs, sternum, and had stitches in her knee. a police report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed and towed to a junk yard. an automotive engineer inspected the vehicle and informed the contact that there was substantial front end damage, including the engine compartment, caused by the failure of the electronic throttle control system. the throttle control mechanism was crushed between the engine assembly, on which it was mounted, and the firewall. the current and failure mileages were 27,000. updated 12/08/08. *lj updated 12/09/08
