I am the owner of a 2007 infiniti g35x 4 door sedan. i believe the manufacturer has created a design defect which creates hazardous driving conditions which i am sure will likely lead to accidents and injuries. this condition concerns the operation of the headlights in the furtherest on/off position. during night driving when the right turn signal indicator is activated, the headlight on/off switch is in just right position to inadvertently turn the headlights off in the middle of a right turn. in very dark areas without surface lights this defect creates a very difficult condition for the operator of the vehicle. this condition has occurred approximately 5 times in the past year of operation. i can not believe that i am the only driver of this vehicle to experience this problem - and i have other vehicles which have never experienced this condition. i have never had an accident or caused an injury because of this condition but it is frightening and alarming even to an experienced driver. i have reported this to the manufacturer on 1/20/2009. thank you for your time. *tr
