I have found that the brake and accelerator pedals are too close together, making it easy to hit the gas instead of the brake. there are several complaints about sudden acceleration and i would believe that might be the cause. i am a small person with average size feet and have had two scary incidents with this issue. also have the broken radio problems affecting nearly every owner which should be a class action lawsuit. *tr
