| Tl- the contact owns a 2002 isuzu axiom. the contact stated while driving at low speed or when the gear was placed in reverse the vehicle suddenly accelerated, and the rpm increased while applying the brake. the vehicle was taken to the dealer whom performed a diagnosed. the failure was located at the spark plug cylinder. the dealer replaced the sparks plugs, and cylinders. the failure was not corrected. the vehicle continues suddenly accelerate. the failure mileage was 48,000 and the current mileage was 50,000. li | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2003 isuzu axiom. while depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle accelerates. the contact has to apply more pressure to the brake pedal in order for the vehicle to come to a complete stop. the vehicle was taken to a dealer once, but they could not duplicate the failure. the current mileage was 65,000 and failure mileage was 8,000. updated 05/06/08. *lj the consumer stated the failure happened when braking to a stop. as the consumer was about to stop, the engine revved. the consumer crashed into a parked vehicle. updated 05/06/08. *jb | |||

| While driving at low speeds, the vehicle jerked. the consumer applied the brakes, but the vehicle accelerated uncontrollably. the consumer was able to maintain control of the vehicle and drove it to the dealer for inspection. the mechanic was unable to duplicate the problem. please provide further details. *jb | |||
