| Tl* the contact owned a 2006 jaguar s-type. the contact was driving approximately 20 mph approaching an intersection when another vehicle crashed into the front of the contacts vehicle. the contacts vehicle was pushed forward rapidly and as she attempted to apply the brakes, the brakes would not engage and she proceeded to crash into the vehicle a second time. the contact sustained injuries to the shoulders and neck. a police report was filed. the vehicle body damage was repaired by an independent mechanic who was unable to locate a failure within the brakes. over a year later while driving 20 mph, the contact crashed into the curb. she attempted to apply the brakes but to no avail. the vehicle then abnormally accelerated until the she crashed into a tree. the contact sustained a broken right arm and injuries to the hands and wrist from the deployment of the air bags. the contact was transported to the hospital via ambulance. a police report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed. the failure mileage was 28,000. | |||

| Tl-the contact owned a 2006 jaguar s-type. while driving approximately 20 mph approaching a intersection another vehicle coming from another direction did not stop and crashed into the front of her vehicle. she stated she engaged the brake and the vehicle did not stop, she stated she engaged the brake several times and crashed into the other vehicle. she stated she had injures to her shoulder and neck. a police report was filed. she had damages to the right front bumper and the vehicle was repaired. she stated she had the brakes checked by a local mechanic. the mechanic did not locate the failure to the brakes. about a year and a half later she had another failure with the brakes. while driving approximately 20 mph she accidently hit the curve. she stated she engaged the brakes several times and the vehicle accelerated and crashed into a tree. she stated 911 was called and she was taken to the hospital. a police report was filed. she stated she sustained a broken right arm and injures to her right hand and wrist from the air bags deployment. she stated the vehicle was destroyed. the failure mileage was 28,000. vwb | |||
