| My spouse and i entered vehicle and tried to put on seat belt when the driver's seat belt harness failed and became unbolted (spouse we driver). no force was used while trying to put on seat belt, simply used selt beat as normal. my spouse was able to re-attach the seat belt harness back into mechanism and ensured that the bolt was tightened. passenger side was checked and discovered bolt was extremely loose as well. vehicle was purchased brand new in 2009 | |||
