| Dt*: the contact stated while placing the vehicle in reverse with brake pressure applied, the vehicle lurched backwards. the contact shut off the ignition which stopped the vehicle. the vehicle struck a tree with extensive damage to the rear of the vehicle. no injuries were sustained. the police were contacted, but a report was not taken. the vehicle was towed to a dealer for inspection, but was unable to determine the cause of the sudden acceleration. | |||
