| My air bag light came on (and continues to stay on for the past 2 days) while driving down the road recently. after checking with several sources, including chrysler's recall dept., i discovered that this is a common issue with jeep wranglers, but only a select few have been issued recall notices. this is apparently affecting a broader number of jeeps than chrysler has included in their initial recall (number l37). until i can afford to fix this on my own, apparently my safety is at risk if my air bag fails to deploy during an accident. faulty safety equipment should be the manufacturers responsibility. | |||
