| My 2009 jeep wrangler 4 door caught fire when my wife was driving my children to school. it had 6,000 miles on it. the jeep was deemed a total loss by safety insurance. the vehicle had not been touched since leaving the dealership. we contacted the dealer who has been very helpful but forwarded us to the manufacturer . we have been getting the company policies and procedures run around. customer service to the special investigation unit { no phone number to contact them direct}to the legal department where it is right now. beware of this problem and the not so friendly customer service that follows. its been our experience the company is more interested in a law suit than a potential safety problem. *tr | |||
