| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 kia soul with nexen class a premium p205/55 r/16 dot ae8k. the contact stated the sidewall on the blew out on the driver side rear tire on 3/15/2010 and on 6/15/2010 the contact saw that the front passenger side tire started to bulge and was about to blow out. the contact was told by the manufacturer that nothing could be done, because the tires were not under recall. the failure mileage was 16,933 for the first blow out and 21,731 for the second. rl | |||
