	In early 2009 i took out a lease on a early 2009 is 250 lexus black, after few months in october at first instance i started noticing fuel odor inside of the car, coming through the air vent of the car, when the air flow button was on the setting which the air from outside would circulate within the car, and this setting was the default setting when you turn the car on but after i took my car to the lexus dealership while the car was still under manufacturers warranty they told me that the car was fine and i just had to change to the air flow setting so that only the air inside circulate within the car. i was unpleased, untill few times that i complaint i did not get anywhere at the dealer ship until i recieved the recall notice, which is a week before my lease is up.

	Tl-the contact owns a 2009 lexus is250. the contact that the vehicle was parked and shut off when she shut the passenger side rear door and all of the doors locked. the contact also stated that the key fob was inside of the vehicle when the failure occurred. in order to re-enter the vehicle, the contact had to locate a spare key. the vehicle was not yet taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. the failure and current mileages were 70,000. the vin was unavailable. sm.

	Tl - the contact owns a 2009 lexus is250. the contact stated that while she was leaving out of a parking space and the vehicle suddenly accelerated. the contact mentioned that she pressed the brake but the vehicle did not stop. the vehicle finally stop when it impacted a steel pole and none of the air bags deployed. the contact was not badly injured but she experienced discomfort on the neck and back. the vehicle was towed to a dealer who diagnosed that they were not able to duplicated the failure. the manufacturer was contacted, who send a letter stating that the vehicle was ok to drive. the failure and current mileage were 25,000

	I was pulling into a parking space. there was a car parked to my left, i was driving slowly to be sure i didn't overlap into a handicap space on my right. despite my care the car suddenly and independently accelerated forward and struck a building. my car is a 2009 lexus is250 and was about 6 months old at the time.

	My 2009 is250 accelerated forward while stopped twice in one week. stopped at red light with brake applied, car accerated forward and stopped aggressively. called lexus of westminster service, 7600 westminster boulevard, westminster, ca 92683, telephone: 714.890.6707 and arranged for the car to be dropped off for diagnostics / repaired. lexus of westminster had my car for one week for evaluation, now lexus corporate called and said nothing is wrong with vehical and pick it up. i requested for lexus corporate field technician to physically look at car and lexus declined because there is no physical or property damage.

	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 lexus is250. while driving approximately 15 mph, the contact drove over a pot hole and the tire pressure warning light illuminated. after adding air to tire, the contact noticed that air continued to escape from the tire. the tire was replaced with the spare tire and the contact inspected the wheel casing and noticed two screws that were exposed into the wheel housing. th contact stated that the screws were what punctured the tire. the contact stated that the design of the vehicle was dangerous to drive in bad winter weather. the manufacturer was contacted and stated they would cover the cost to tow the vehicle to the dealer for inspection. the approximate failure mileage was 11,300.
