 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 mercedes benz c300. while the contact was driving approximately 30 mph, a loud noise sounded and the front end of the vehicle collapsed. when the accelerator pedal was applied there was a delayed response. the air bags inadvertently disabled without deployment and the warning indicator illuminated. the contact pulled over to the side of the road with caution and the vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer for diagnosis. the contact was waiting upon a response from the technician regarding the cause of failure. the failure mileage was 6,109. js
