Left front seat belt does not always retract when uncoupled. apperas that the retraction spring may not provide enough tension to enable the seat belt to always retract. also, the seat belt itself twists and folds during retraction which may be a contributing factor to this problem. this problem appears to be very similar to the current nhtsa campaign id# 00v057000
