| Oldsmoblie aurora 2001 had idle problems. *bf under various conditions the vehicle would not return to idle and in some instances the vehicle's rpm's would increase. the problem persisted on and off for two years. the dealer replaced the cruise control but that did not correct the problem. once the dealer replaced the throttle position sensor the problem was alleviated. *nm | |||

| Car kept cutting off and the rpm was at around 4000 without touching the gas. sometimes when i go to hit the gas it will just sputter and die then it will take about 10 minutes to get it started again. check engine light was on and they said i needed a mass air flow sensor so got that replaced and it still did it. then they said the crankshaft position sensor code came up so i replaced and it still does it. i have almost been in a few accidents because the car will die out at the wrong time.*ak | |||
