| Tl*- the contact purchased 2 futura 2000 radial lte tires in 2005 and 1 in 2006 from pepboys. the tires had a lifetime warranty on rotation and balancing. all 3 tires shredded within a six month period of time. the contact went back to pepboys and purchased new tires and they kept the old tires. the contact has since received a safety recall and know longer has the old tires because pepboys kept them and they had the dot number which the contact needs to be reimbursed. | |||

| I purchased 4 continental touring ties in the spring of 2002. the tires were purchased in sets of 2, one month apart. three of the tires failed through tread separation. i replaced the fourth tire without waiting for the tread to separate on it.*ak | |||
