| On five occasions vehicle would suddenly surge forward intermittently . acceleration appeared to occur whenever the vehicle was in low speed/ while parked/ when brake were applied or when vehicle would be coming to a stop. this problem has caused three accidents. dealer / manufacturer refused to accept responsibility. can nhtsa help or provide additional information on this matter. *mjs | |||
