| Dt: 2002 toyota echo. the contact stated when closing the passenger door the rear window collapsed and shattered. the vehicle has not been taken to the dealership, but it was at a local auto glass repair shop. toyota stated they had not heard of this problem, and asked the repair shop to file a letter of cause, condition, and remedy. this occurred on october 14, 2005. there had been no trouble with that window prior to this. *ak | |||
