 Driver side sun visor dropped into field of vision. dealer says this happens a lot with highlander models. visor will not stay up or down but rests in between, which defeats its intended use and interferes with driver vision. dealer refused to repair as defect. *tr

 Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota highlander. the contact stated when traveling over slight road bumps, the drivers side sun visor would fall down, obstructing his line of vision. the dealer advised repairs to the visor would not be covered under warranty and would only be repaired at the owners expense. the failure mileage was approximately 56,000 and the current mileage was 67,000.

 2007 toyota highlander. consumer writes in regards to the government having a stipulated definition and specific requirements before any automobile can be classified as a certified pre- owned vehicle *tgw the consumer stated the left front tire split open down the tread, due to the tire being dry rotted. when the consumer turned on the windshield wipers, the driver's side wiper blade flew off the vehicle. *jb
