| Tl. the contact owns bridge stone duler h/l 400 225/r75/19 on a 2011 toyota highlander. the contact stated while driving at 65 mph the left passenger side tire blow out. the contact called a tow service to change the tire. the contact called the tire manufacturer but did not get through to a customer service rep. the contact called the manufacturer and the manufacturer stated to the contact to call the dealer. the contact called the dealer and the dealer stated tires are not covered under the warranty so the contact will be responsible for the replacement. the contact has replaced the tire. the contact stated the blow out was due to cracks in the sidewall and does not feel safe driving with the remaining three tires on the vehicle. the failure mileage was 3,400. jo | |||
