| Tl. the contact owns a 2011 toyota prius. the contact while riding the rear seats the vehicle was driving 35 mph and crashed into the another vehicle. as a result of the crash the vehicle was destroyed. during the crash the contact suffered a snapped neck and died due to the head rest not being in the right position. the contact has called the manufacturer but has got response due to the head rest. the contact stated the rear head rest was not manufacturer properly and will cause more serious injuries. the failure mileage was unknown. jo | |||
