| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 toyota yaris. the contact confirmed the driver was traveling 50mph when another vehicle crashed into the reporting vehicle causing the vehicle to crash into a cement wall. the contact added none of the air bags deployed and the front passenger seat belt failed during the crash. the crash caused head neck and chest injuries to both the driver front passenger , and rear passenger. the vehicle was destroyed. the police were contacted and a report was taken. the vehicle was taken to a local repair shop. the manufacturer was contacted. the failure and current mileages were unknown. rds | |||
