| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 toyota yaris. there is a burning smell coming from the heating and air conditioning unit. a sharp intense shock will shock your hand as you open the door of the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who sprayed something unknown into the vent area that causes the smell to get more intense. there was an unknown warning light illuminating. the dealer was not offering any assistance to remedy this failure because they cannot find the problem. the manufacturer was called and informed her a representative would come out to inspect the vehicle within the next 30 days but no one showed or contacted her. after repeatedly contacting the manufacturer they offered no assistance. the failure mileage was 8,000 and the current mileage was 8,300....mw | |||
