Consumer stated the motor home was experiencing brake failure, upon inspection of the motor home, the brake hoses were not allowing the hydraulic pressure to bleed off which caused the calipers to constantly exert pressure on the brakes producing very high temperatures which then created more pressure causing them to fail, however when consumer submitted the claim to chevrolet they stated the motor home was overweight and that is what caused the brakes to fail, chevrolet stated they built the chassis for gvwr of 16,500 and will not cover anything that weighs more than that, national rv stated they had a tag axle added to the chassis and placed a gvwr of 19,500 lb, consumer had the motor home weighed and it weighs 18,400, consumer also stated that the tag axle broke off and has been repaired at least 10 times.*jb
