Defect SummaryWinnebago is recalling certain model year 2009-2013 winnebago model era, view, and via motorhomes, and 2010-2013 itasca model navion and reyo motorhomes; manufactured november 13, 2007 through august 10, 2012. the proper fuses were not installed for the refrigerator circuits.
Consequence SummaryWithout the proper fuse, heat can build which could lead to a vehicle fire.
Corrective SummaryWinnebago will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuses. the recall is expected to begin in early january 2013. consumers may contact winnebago industries owner relations at 1-641-585-6939.

 2012 winnebago view profile , model 24g. consumer writes in regards to stainless steel wheel covers and it being impossible to monitor tire inflation pressures *tgw the consumer stated he attempted to correct the problem by having tire valve extenders installed, but none of the local tire dealers had been able to successfully install them on the motorhome because of the complications presented when the wheel covers were in place. the consumer stated the dealer who sold the rv to him, stated once he returned to n.y. they would install the extender devices, thus making it possible to read the tire pressure readings. *jb
