| (event)my wife was driving our 2001 subaru forester at 55mph when she was hit from behind, causing our car to swerve. she hit a lampost with the front of the forester hard enough to knock the post down, stopping our car. nobody was critically injured. (failure) the air bags did not deploy. (followup) the car has been declared a total loss. we are working out compensation with the insurance company of the car that hit ours. i am calling subaru to tell them about the air bag failure. | |||

| Air conditioner compressor failed on 06/01/03. dealer advised consumer to replace it with a brand new compressor. replacement compressor failed on 07/01/03. dealer replaced compressor and receptacle. on 07/26/03 while driving, consumer turned on air conditioning and vehicle stalled. vehicle is currently being checked by dealer. 2001, suzuki xl7 unlimited.*ak | |||

| I have brought my vehicle back to the dealer in delray beach fl and it stills pulls to the right and i had the cudtomer service rep drive it with me in the car and he agreed that it has a pull to the right . i have spoken to subaru and they have done nothing to take care of this problem. it is a serious safety issue.*ak | |||
